This sweet and romantic wedding at The Estate on Second was a wedding out of a fairytale - down to the perfect ceremony backdrop and blushing decor a girl dreams about. Rachel and I went to high school together, and to be honest, if you asked either one of us if we’d be hanging out 10+ years after high school we’d both probably laugh...but i’m so thankful that we do. I’ve photographed so much of her family over these last few years, and I’ve grown to love them - Kyle is one of the sweetest guys from the most loving family, and I couldn’t think of a better match for Rachel. Congrats again, you two!
This intimate Sunset Cliffs wedding was something out of a fairytale - a handful of their closest friends and family joined us for their big day. Melanie’s best friend did her makeup and she wore jeweled barefoot sandals. Seth’s reaction when he saw her was so beautiful and emotional. Their reception was held at a quaint Airbnb in San Diego, and it was everything I imagine they hoped it would be. Cheers, Seth and Melanie!
Couldn’t be more honored to be asked to photograph this surprise Laguna Beach proposal. She had no idea, JUST like he had hoped. Custom Ring designed by Happy Jewelers! Couldn’t recommend them more.
Amanda + Tim’s in-home session has me giddy - not just over them and their insanely cute dog, Wendy, but because of their mid-century modern design.
when someone asks you to spend the day at Disneyland capturing photos of them eating popcorn and wearing Tigger bomber jackets from JAPAN, you say “heeeeeellllllll yes” and you RUN (don’t walk) to meet them.
we rode teacups. i almost barfed. we danced down main street. i did not barf. we saw a guy propose to his girlfriend in intimate fashion in front of the castle. the sisters saw it and cried. i was able to capture the proposal and email it to them. TELL ME THIS PLACE ISN’T MAGICAL.
